No Bugatti's :(

Hey Brisco, no Veyrons at SEMA.. didn't see any last year either. This year it was all about the new Challenger and Camaro! There were hardly any Phantoms/Drop heads other than the Giovanna Wheels display center... Also a tonne of GT-R's, e92 M3's and only a handful of BMW 135's (which I would have thought would have been in abundance). Cheers dude!

Hehe Thanks Brisco.... McLaren SLR was faaaaantastic. 10X better than I had imagined. Very stiff suspension and the acceleration was INSANE.. craziest torque / intense acceleration I have ever felt.

No I haven't. I will probably see it tomorrow since I am going to a Ferrari Track day at Mosport Raceway in Bomanville because a 16M has been confirmed coming to the track.

Hi Brisco. I think Hong Kong is awesome. Really good city. Definitely a world class metropolis. It's very well organized, easy to get around etc. And offers some really spectacular views.

A U of T student gets to drive around in a CLK Black Series. Thats just crazy nuts. Not only is it a super rare car to begin with, it's not even available in Canada. He may be going to school every day in the ONLY CLK Black Series in the whole country. What a classy beautiful car. My friend's C63 is crazy enough, so that black series must be INSANE. Hope I see it on the road one of these days.

Hi Brisco, South Florida is just great for cars. It's heaven for car spotters as there's a constant flow of Bentleys, Ferraris and Lamborghinis. The best cars I saw at dealerships were the Veyron, and the Alfa Romeo. And the Sharpie Lamborghini Gallardo. The best cars I saw on the road: definitely the Gallardo Superleggera was memorable because of the sounds. Also saw a Carrera GT on the road, passing by quick at night.

i got hooked on cars at a REALLY young age... couldn't have been more than 2 or 3... my dad had two 1982 Camaros... u can kinda make the connection... my uncle always had different cars and i loved watching them work... i guess the fact that my dad had Camaros is the reason particularily like fast cars and sleek designs.. even though the '82 camaro is kinda box shaped... But ya! .... i really can't wait to see a Bugatti in person... to bad that they are not legal in North America... lol!

i hope u didn't think i was being rude... just curious! I actually like Porshe a lot... but i also like the Buggatis and Ferrari (not so much Lamborghini)... but i am more interested in custom designed cars... my dad has the Mercedes-Benz S-500 with lambo doors and air ride install... (posted on the website). i have always been hooked on cars... something people find really odd for a girl like me... when did u get hooked on cars?

Hey Brisco! The show was awesome about 75% the size of SEMA. Favorite cars are definitely the PPI RAZOR GTR Prototype and the Audi R8 GT3. Both looked absolutely HARDCORE! It was also cool to see a Porsche 959 a CCR for the first time! Photos are coming!!!!

I think it's a straight up ugly car. I feel bad that Porsche, after spending all this time and money and effort to build a 4 door sedan, couldn't come up with a better design. It's one awkward looking car. It looks like it was born with birth defects. The Maserati Quattroporte looks so beautiful and classy to me. I was hoping Porsche would have come up with something that could have atleast been respectably parked next to it. However, I do like the super technical looking interior, with all those controls everywhere.

My guess would be the base V6 coupe would probably start at the same price (23-24K.) The GT I think, should start at 32 grand. These domestic car companies are in so much trouble right now. BTW, last year I had a V6 Mustang coupe rental car for a weekend and it was horrible! Not fast at all, the engine sounded gross and had no power whatsoever; the car felt heavy, and it took a Lot of gas!!!

I like the look of the new Mustang. It reminds me more of the original concept car shown in Detroit. The design has been tightened up, and the front and rear look much better to me. I really like it when an automaker 'evolves' an existing design, (like the 911) vs. always coming up with brand new shapes. I wish Honda did that with the NSX.. and just continued sharpening it up and evolving it further. This 2010 Mustang's interior, while improved, still seems to have too much of that grainy hard plastic every where.

Oh - I'm going to go take a look right now at the 2010 Mustang.

Currently, I think I would take a CLK63 Black Series as my GT car choice. That and a 430 Scuderia would be a pretty decent stable! Add an Ariel Atom too :-)

I'm still blown away that you saw a Black Series parked on the street. I have also read / heard that it's quite a race car, but I would imagine it's still comfortable enough on a long road trip. I think these days some of the really high-end performance oriented cars, have quite a decent ride while still being able to corner flat. Both the GT3 and the F430 I have driven, while having amazing handling, still have a very good ride. Either car would be fine on a road trip. The friend with the GT3 used to have a 350Z, and that car had an overly stiff ride, and would be no fun on a road trip. It seems for road cars, if you spend enough money, you can 'have your cake and eat it to' i.e. get superb handling and good ride quality.

Yea whats with those Q-Tip Looks tail lights? They are very ford focus which isn't very cool for the what once was bad ass looking STi :)

Dubai was awesome. You are right, that valet entrance in the Mall of Emirates is an unreal place for car spotting. I took tons of pics. So, lots more photos coming shortly...a few nice exotics.
