The first of these were taken at a Porsche dealer in Sydney when Sally was visiting. The exterior shots were at Lorne, Victoria during The Porsche Great Ocean Road Escape, a charity rally held over 5 days in November 2007. Those of you who know The Great Ocean Road will be interested to know that the road was closed for us - the first time it had ever been closed. This was a wonderful opportunity to experience one of the world's great drives.

Is this Porsche modified? It looks like its windshield is huge and the overall shap of its top half looks extended in height?

Yes, the roofline has been changed. The windows are opaque black. I couldn't tell if it can be driven, or if it's pushed around. The windscreen is also black, with a mesh sheet on the inside so the driver (or steerer) can see.

Sounds like a great 5 days out was had by all! Always wondered why they gave the cars in Cars (if you see what I mean!) eyes on their windshields, when all cars have perfect eyes anyway, in the form of headlights.
