The valet section looks like quite a zoo of people waiting and mostly watching all these exotic cars. Was that the scene?

The line-up is for taxis. For some reason, taxis are only allowed to pick-up people from this point, which is often a great source of frustration for the many tourists there. If visiting Dubai, I would suggest staying at the Burj El-Arab, as then the hotel will provide a chauffeur driven 7 series or Phantom!
