What kind of paint is that? and what is called?

Not sure what kind of paint it is but its a method of painting the cars base coat then covering it with cellophane wrap and creating those designs which make it look like raw metal almost. They look very cool up close when done properly.

I love the front bumper, where did you find your kit? My 95 Lude is in the shop and front bumper needs to be replaced, any suggestionsÉ
