I couldn't beleive it, I just spotted the back of this SLS trurning into a side street off Victoria Parade on Saturday morning, so I quickly turned in take a closer look, luckily the driver pulled up to meet up with a couple of mates. It turned out the driver was David, the PR manager for Mercedes Benz! This is 1 of only 2 SLS's (the other is the white one I spotted at the F1 GP) currently in Australia, he was running it in over the weekend. I got to sit in it and give it a few revs too, it gives off the most crazy mechanical sound I have ever heard! Here they start at A$460k, this had the optional A$30k ceramic brake package, plus carbon trim and sport seats. One of the hottest cars you can buy today! Mercedes have orders for 70 in Australia next year. It was a great day!!
