It's actually called a "bright metallic orange" paint job ;) and the "Jaffa" is it's nickname, see the link in my first comment!

I do know about that. I just always thought it a bit presumptuous to compliment one's own photography. And it's a bit ambiguous as to whether you're voting on the photos or the car. I really do take things a bit too seriously sometimes . . . . . .

Great shots, great car. Looks like the show went off OK. OS, how do you manage to get such even lighting? Nearly all the indoor show pics I take end up very poorly lit.

I never use a flash, for one thing. Or a tripod. I use a Fuji S5600, not an SLR and a few years old. There's always plenty of ambient lighting. And I will admit to the occasional tweaking on iPhoto, raising the detail in the shadow areas, reducing the highlights as on the GT3 Cup racer. But you will keep this a secret, won't you?

Sorry, no pics. I haven't seen one since my 35mm & pre-iPhone days, and I didn't carry a camera with me then. But I'll take this on as a challenge!
