Down here a new Phantom is a million dollars, give or take a cigarette paper. This one has travelled 29,000 k's in four and a half years, and is near enough to half price. Now THAT, my friends, is depreciation.

And remember, $525,000 is what the dealer is asking. The original owner would have been given much less that that. I wonder if the plates mean Gee Wot a waste of money? Or, Gee Wot a bad idea that was? Gee Wot a dummy?

I'd rather pay the extra and get a Phantom. $350K for a big Hyundai seems a big ask.

Where I live, a new phantom is only $400,000. The dealer has a 2008 phantom on sale for $299,000.

I went to Trivetts in Melbourne yesterday, their cheapest one is 1.3 M. The lady didnt believe wen i told her that a second hand phantom was going for $500,000 a few years ago
