I think I heard something like 5 in North America (have to double check with Jason), I also seem to remember hearing that white is a custom Porsche Factory color and not part of the original selection of CGT colors from Porsche.

That car is grand prix white, the only gp white in the world. 2 bizzaritz white cgt's are in the states.
