Two owner 1968 Falcon GT in Candy Apple Red. Current owner for 15 years. Original paint and interior. Replaced mag wheels with original steel wheels and caps and fitted extractors and dual system. Drives it at least twice a week.

I do love these. Nice 302. A bit more subtle than the later, more brutal XWs. So good to see one in original condition. I'd love to own one of these.

Spot on Oliver. They copped a bit of flack when new because you could get other colours beside Gold and there was an automatic option. They are still a bit of an orphan on the market with the original XR and later XW's etc being the favorites. The bloke who owns it now bought it on a whim as the original owner had to sell it. He has a garage full of late model cars but reckons this is his favorite.

From back in the days when manufacturers could put a badge on the car displaying the horsepower and not have to worry about being called psychopaths who are destroying the planet and why aren't you driving a hybrid?

this gt looks almost identical to my mock up, mine is prob a little rougher than this. but i love her and boy do they turn heads.
