I'm not sure which markets this model is available in, so I thought it might be of interest. According to the Citroen website here it's no longer available. The running gear is shared with Peugeot's 307, which is the 130 kW four-cylinder 2.0-litre engine and five-speed manual box. I pinched this quote from a road test "Expose it to average roads and the VTS becomes unsettled. There's some kicking and bucking from the steering wheel, and lumpiness from the suspension. Worst of all are the bangs and crashes that emerge from the front suspension on sharp-edged holes and bumps." This road test was from 2005, so it doesn't seem to have been on the market for long. I don't see many of them around.
