It predated the Porsche 930 turbo, which was the car the probably really inserted the word 'turbo' into the car enthusiast's mind. But the 2002 turbo beat it to the punch. With 170 BHP from its 2 litre engine and weighing 1080 kilos it gave 0-60 mph in 7.5 secs and a top speed of 130 mph. Nothing much to write home about today but impressive in the 70's. I know people like Bangle's designs, Stevie Wonder for example, I just think they're a mess. The Z4 looks as if it was a crash & not repaired properly. But maybe that's just me.
