I just looked it up. It's based on the Australian Holden Statesman, which uses the GM Zeta platform designed by Holden. It comes with the 360 hp 6.0L V8 and 6 speed Auto. That Holden is exported to the other markets (Middle East) and sold as the Chevy Caprice.
