This Audi concept car was only on display one rainy night at the shopping mall attached to Fox Studios in Sydney. Fox Studios is the filming location for Star Wars Eps II & III, Superman Returns, Mission Impossible 2, Babe 1 & 2 among others. Strangely, not the the filming location for "I Robot". Anyway, looking at this car you can sure see where the current Audi R8 came from.

Very nice photos. I remember going to see this movie on opening day just to see the car. Pretty good scenes with Will Smith driving it in I Robot in the movie.

Very cool catch! When the R8 came out, I remember comparing it to this car, so it's funny you mention that.
