The 4.4 L engine produced 300+ hp and the 4.7 L engines produced 400+ hp which gave 0-60 in 4.1 seconds and had top speed of 200mph (322km/h). The Ecosse's spaceframe chassis with wishbone suspension had a lightweight fibre glass body for a total weight of 2756 lb (1250 kg).
